4 chicken Breast (cut in bite size pieces)
Sprinkle Garlic powder and pepper, mix and let sit for 1 hour.
Dip chicken in beaten egg-roll in flour. Cook in hot oil until Golden Brown.
In sauce pan combine...
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 1/2 TBSP ketchup
1 TBS soy sauce
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Place chicken in a pan. Pour sauce on top of chicken and place in oven on 350 for 1 hour (uncovered). Turn three times.
